The app is good in theory but needs a proper product owner to see it mature to something very useful. 1. It needs to notify you when there is an update to your reported incidents 2. The progress made seems very slow. 3. They are always asking will you cooperate with there investigation maybe make this a check box 4. Need a field to capture date and time of incident even though photos capture this information for you. 5. It requires more incident types or at least another.

This app no longer works. I was able log in and made a report last December 2026 regarding a reckless driver. I already tried their LTO fb page and email. Hoping someone would respond. But once again, dissapointment. Nobody reponded or replied. No update or any action was taken. Waste of Taxpayers money, developing another useless app that never works.

Launching an app which is not ready. Keeps crashing. Where are our talented pinoy app makers ? Probably working abroad, what we’re left with are those programmers who thinks they’re the best yet can’t passed going abroad. Lol.
