Lookus: Live location & Safety

I have been contacting customer support since January 8 because I am unable to log into my account. This is NOT a password issue. They asked me to follow several troubleshooting steps, and I completed all of them exactly as instructed, but the problem still has not been resolved. My subscription is active until April, yet I still cannot access my account. Instead of fixing the issue or offering a refund, they keep insisting that it is a VPN problem. However, the app is eligible for use in the U.S., so this should not be the issue. It is very disappointing to pay for a subscription and receive no real solution, no proper support, and no refund. I would not recommend this app based on my experience.

First month trying, paid for premium and so far I’m satisfied with this app. Def worth a try
