Lock Password Manager safe App

I absolutely LOVED this app. I even paid for the upgrade of it. I’m a widow and my husband had this app when he died and this is how I was able to get into accounts of his. Then I continued to use it. Almost every day! I added almost 400 passcodes into this app over the almost 4 year period I’ve had it. BUT the last 2 weeks I’ve tried to reach out to the developer and get help because it just keeps freezing and won’t let me look at any of my passwords at all. It’s frustrating and aggravating. I would rerate it a 5 again if I could get some help!! Maybe a bad review will reach the app developer since email contact apparently doesn’t work. I even deleted the app and restored it and nothing. If you want to be able to have this app work for a LONG period of time (which I was hoping it would) then I’d use another app. This one will freeze after a while and you’ll lose all your precious data. Oh!! And I spent most of a workday trying to back up so I could at least print out or write down my passwords and transfer them manually somewhere else....and the file type this is, I had a lot of work to do to see it, it literally only showed me the passwords initially entered 4 years ago by my late husband, not the 300+ that I entered. Aggravating!!

Started using this app 2 yrs ago. Thought I wouldn't use it much but now find I use it all the time. With cyber vandalism so prevalent I use complicated and different passwords for each web site. Don't have to remember them. Just store them here. I've searched for a better password vault and I'd use it if I could find one. The faults with this, which are very frustrating ones, is it doesn't work well for making notes for each site or for long passwords. The screen cuts off the end of lengthy sentences and won't scroll to the right. It only shows what's on the iPhone screen. If the note or password goes beyond the screen size you have to "edit " the password or note and move the cursor way to the right to make it show what's off screen. Big big pain. Further I've got a lot of passwords and it would be so nice to print a list of websites and their usernames and passwords. Or export the list. But this app doesn't do either.

This app is very easy to use , extremely in depth and has anything you could ever want or imagine. If it does not have listed exactly what you want , it ables you to enter exactly what you do want. There is no other app like this on the market. Very user friendly , anyone can figure out this app and the top security is my main priority. If you do not have this app you should. It's top of the line , safe , secure and the easiest I've ever used. You may upgrade for even more luxuries....... I'm not getting a thing for stating my mind . If you are an independent contractor, business guru, stock and trade or just a parent trying to have privacy from your extremely nosey children as my list goes on and on in my book..... you should have this app. I give this 10 out of 5 stars..... lol get this it is heaven sent.
