I don’t fault a company for filling a niche. There is high risk loaning broke and desperate people money but at the same same time there is no reason to abuse them. You’ve already got the title to their car so you’re covered. Why not just be honest? These shady characters will use every trick in the book to screw you over. Oh you’ve been making payments on time and doing what was asked, surprise the payment app stops working and the website is “down” Oddly only after entering your account credentials. Additionally make sure you remember what day your loan started and when your payments are due. Because suddenly your 30 days to pay are getting calculated on a different due date. Or even better the day you signed your paperwork suddenly becomes your first payment date. Then unbeknownst to you thousands of dollars start stacking up and when it’s time to close your loan surprise that’s what you thought smh

Yes totally agree that the balance must be visible upon monthly payments. I went to the actual website to check my balance (if ever i wanted to it off). But then the balance showing is not the actual balance if you want to pay it off in full. You still have to call and ask for a quote for the payout. It’s kind a confusing.

Organized loan sharks. You can’t pay anything but your nonsense interest rate. If I wanted to payoff you have to go to WF and pay then call them because my guess is these clowns even if paid off would not legitimately credit an account Then they what call and play games like I’m going to communicate with these clowns. Please whatever you can do to avoid this route try that. I needed a short term fix for an unexpected emergency and the only reason I did this was because I was suppose to have the money in 4 days to payoff. It all got delayed so I’m already $2700 in interest. On a $5000 loan in which they auto add 10% over an amount over $4000. I thought fine $10% plus 4 days is fair. Not this nonsense. Horrible people!!
