Dear WebGenie Team, Congratulations! You’ve managed to create an app so frustrating that it makes me question whether it was designed by actual humans or a group of sleep-deprived raccoons. Every time I open WebGenie to check my child’s school updates, I experience a thrilling rollercoaster of emotions: 1. The Loading Screen of Eternal Hope – Will it load today? Will it crash? Who knows! It’s like playing Russian roulette, but with my sanity. 2. The UI That Time Forgot – The colors look like they were picked by someone who just discovered Microsoft Paint, and the layout feels like it was designed in 2003 and never updated. 3. The Unexpected App Funeral – Just when I think it’s working—poof—it vanishes into the digital abyss. And yet, here I am, like a loyal masochist, crawling back to your app because, apparently, the school’s idea of "digital convenience" is forcing parents to use the one piece of software that seems actively hostile toward its users. Please, for the love of all that is good, fix this digital dumpster fire. Or at least rename it to WebGremlin so new users know what they’re signing up for. Sincerely, A Parent Who Has Lost the Will to Fight (But Still Needs to Check Online notices)
Webgenie has been a game-changer for staying connected with my child's academic journey at Euroschool. The app is user-friendly and provides real-time updates on attendance, assignments, and important announcements. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate. It has streamlined communication with teachers and keeps me well-informed about my child's progress. The features, including the ability to review grades and access relevant resources, are invaluable. Kudos to the Euroschool team for this excellent app!
