I purchased a 6 month subscription and was charged for it and a week later I realized that my subscription was deactivated without letting me know. I tried to reach the support team on multiple occasions but didn’t receive any support, my latest messages were ignored despite I provided the proof of purchase. Another disappointment factor that even having a subscription, you have to pay money to buy the books you want, the aunt offers only a very limited number of books. Very disappointing.

- Every time the app is updated, you get logged out. - After you log back in you discover that the reading progress is lost. - Every single time you want to read a book from “My Library” you have to select if you want to read using subscription or purchase. - For finished books it shows random progress like 49%. - If you have to turn on airplane mode you suddenly discover that the book from My Library can’t be loaded (no cache?).

This app is super convenient, I’m reading my 3rd book via it and it’s a joy!
