Such a helpful app for navigating and locating amenities. Showed my gate an hour before my airline app did which was also incredibly helpful. Love the live security wait times and instructions for checking in. First time at Heathrow and this app was indispensable

This is the best app. I’m so happy I have it. I had a notification several hours before British that my flight was canceled, giving me opportunity to rebook. If I had waited for BA I would not have had any options left. The app consistently sends notifications in an extremely timely manner and the maps are good. I would recommend this for anyone connecting via Heathrow.

We picked todays breakfast place based on the stale menu on my stale app, and it was still very helpful. With the updated app all you have is the name and the restaurants own description, which isn't helpful. Quoting parking for short term parking seems to be done by full day (so minimum price is ~£75), while it's widely advertised to be available by the hour. Since the app is really only a thin veneer on their web site, this is also the case if you go to the web site. Docking two stars for contradictory-/mis-information.
