Leyo: Your Language Companion

Began using this app about a month ago and am very satisfied with my progress. Exciting updates and functionality improvements have come during that span, it's clear the team is dedicated to continuous improvement. 5 stars

I’ve bounced between Duolingo, Babbel, and a few others, but Leyo is on another level. The new Lesson Plans feature is seriously game-changing, it builds a custom training plan around whatever topic I actually care about (like travel or work stuff) and adjusts to my level automatically. It’s super targeted, so every session feels relevant instead of random. I also love that the tone feels relaxed. It’s not gamified in a cheesy way or full of textbook phrases. It feels like real learning with a purpose. Honestly, this is the first language app that’s kept me coming back because it feels like it was made for me, not for “students.”

I’ve tried so many language apps, but Leyo feels different. It’s not just about vocabulary and grammar—it’s about connecting with people who love languages as much as I do.
