Ledger Wallet™ crypto app

Ledger Live is an excellent and relatively simple to use interface used for accessing the broader features and functionality of their complimentary lineup of top grade retail/commercial crypto hardware wallets. The app is kept up to date regularly and the dev teams at Ledger work constantly to ensure Ledger Live and their associated Hardware Wallets remain a secure and function option for Crypto Users of all kinds, whether just starting out, experienced/invested users, and/or more experienced blockchain project developers as well. What keeps me from being able to give Ledger Live a 5 Star Review, is the fact that while the company does much in terms of ensuring their products remain up to date and secure, there are still problems regarding some of their other platform features that should be cause for concern, as it could very well become a serious problem for the less experienced and or new to the crypto space are more likely to fall victim to malicious actors and their schemes. The issue of concern I cite in this review stems from their Ledger Recovery and the identity theft issues that have been associated with the feature, as I myself have been affected by features otherwise lax security and accessibility. This is a huge cause for concern as the Ledger Recovery feature can potentially allow malicious actors to gain access to users Ledger Accounts and gain access to their funds relatively easily as I have become aware. I encourage anyone interested in crypto and potentially considering Ledger and its associated compliment of crypto services and products especially those considering purchasing a Ledger Hardware Wallet to do as much research as possible in any product or service associated with the Crypto Ecosystem at large before investing or spending any of their money on such products or services and become familiar with the risks involved with investing in crypto.

The setup was a little complicated and I was afraid of messing up so I took things slow. I’m new to this cold storage stuff but I was worried about being hacked so I decided to get a name brand. I’m glad I got the ledger nano X. The Bluetooth connection is so useful and connecting to the iPhone app was a breeze. I was thinking about switching over to Trezor but saw their app on iOS had so much negative reviews! It seems the Trezor may have open source and all that fancy stuff but Ledger is very competitive and definitely has the better app support. App support is important!!! Not everyone wants to connect their ledger or Trezor to a bulky computer to do transactions. Bluetooth and a sleek UI app is a must have. Looking at my money and portfolio in a beautiful interface is a must have for me. Ledger nano X and Ledger live is a no brainer.

Ledger developed the best User Interface on earth. And it’s constantly being improved. I think it’s crazy people will actually use soft wallets that take control of your keys. Not with Ledger, not only do you have absolute full control of your keys but multiple methods to enjoy moving crypto using their platforms. It’s just fun fun fun! Think of it like taking a vacation to some beautiful island owning your freedom being in control on sandy beach without any fears, worries or banking systems. Can you see it in your mind? On your phone being in that first generation to participate how we’d change payments. Your keys, your very own beautifully design wallet on an iPhone or MacBook sipping a cool drink trading around the world. You own it, it’s completely yours, a truly bank that never closes, that never experiences bank run, impossible to collapse, nobody to abuse power leaving you destitute. This is how I feel every time I login into my Ledger. It belongs to me, it’s my bank. Fifth star will come when developers update app to fit my iPad in landscape.
