Learn Your Lines!

I’ve been using this app for almost a year and it has helped me memorized a few Shakespeare plays, a murder mystery, a few monologues for auditions, and just recently a Greek Tragedy. The newest updates are the best! (Being able edit and keep the progress, as well as being able to submit your lines to a catalog for other users!) There are two things that if changed I would give 5 stars! - First, I think it would be super beneficial to have a way to have input options for three voices (for like a huge dialogue chuck with more than two people) memorizing the order of those conversations can be difficult and if there was a way to input a whole conversation and just not the cue lines that would be awesome! - Second, when you are “testing” your memorization there is a weird glitch where when the cue line is long it won’t show the line I’m trying to memorize. So you can’t really tell if you’re saying it right or not because you can’t see it. It’d be cool if the cue dialogue could collapse completely since those lines aren’t needed when you’re checking your own lines. *I can send screen shots to an email if that helps, if wanted!* Thank you so much for this app! It really is a life saver for someone who doesn’t have the option to meet face to face with their cast to memorize! 🤩💛

This is one of my most useful apps-works very well, but I found that when I went to correct a spelling error or just make an edit, my progress was gone. I had to go back and redo what I had already done. This proved to be very annoying. I would love it if you could fix that! On the other hand, I am not too good at memorizing but found that it can be easy! I love how this app has you read, memorize, and test. It also plays back your line so you can hear yourself. This app helped me memorize my lines VERY quickly. Overall, I like the app and would very much appreciate it if you could fix erasing progress.

I’m not exactly sure how many stars to give this app because, frankly, I really didn’t get to use it like I wanted. So I’m trying to learn my lines for a play. I had to type all the cue lines and lines since they weren’t there already. I’m on Act 2 of 3. I’m thinking, “ Hey I’m almost done after hours of typing this!” Then my phone DIES. I didn’t know if my progress in typing it would save but I was hoping it would. It DIDN’T. I was SHOOK. I reeeeeeeally didn’t want to type it aaaaaall over again. I’m sure the app is pretty good, but if I can’t come back to the lines I’m currently typing I don’t think it’s going to work out. It was actually well made other than that... I think. I never got to memorize.😕😕😕 Okay so I figured it’s not totally fair to give this two stars bc I didn’t even use the app to its fullest. So I checked out the features and was SHOCKED. It actually looks like it’s awesome so I’ll give it a 5 ⭐️ rating. I still think it would be helpful if it would save your progress when you’re make a new study script thing.
