Leap Conventions

I downloaded the app so I could add my MegaCon tickets to my Apple wallet. Tried logging in 3 times. Had the correct email and password each time but it continued to tell me my login information was incorrect. Waste of an app. Don’t bother downloading it.

What’s the point in having these apps if you can’t log into them. I downloaded 1 of them a few years back for Comic Cons that I went too and it worked then. Just bought ticket and 2 photo ops for Celebrity Fan Fest in San Antonio and it will not let me log into the app.

I think reviewers are confused that this is the user app when it’s the event check in app for event planners. Works great for us year after year, event after event. To use, you need to be an event planner selling tickets through GrowTix
