Lean 5S : rapide, fluide et efficace
Comme consultant Lean tout en étant un bon adepte des appli, j'ai pu en tirer un très bon profit de ce beau mariage. Une application qui m'a permis d'évaluer rapidement des postes de travail, prendre des photos des points importants et générer le plan d'action associé (avec un rapport à généré a la fin). Alors, j'ai pu l'essayer dans différents processus industries dans un contexte international, sans aucun problème. Pour résumer, une appli rapide, simple et efficace, pour ne pas rajouter le zéro papier.
