In America we read left to right..... so why is the checkout function on the left and at the right is the ‘send’ to kitchen function. It’s counterintuitive

It asks too rate so often it gets in the way

I've had POSLavu installed since almost its inception. At first I liked it so much that I put it into 5 locations. Functionally the app does a good job. There are big glitches when the internet goes down though; reconciling tickets when this happens becomes a laborious nightmare. Slowly I started switching locations to wired systems that had better failsafes. Recently they've raised their rates about 200% for me and then billed me incorrectly. Addressing that was its own massive nightmare. As the company has grown the customer service has become some of the worst I've ever dealt with. I've been in the industry since 1979 for the record. Normally I don't bother with reviews but I'm hoping this helps someone make a better choice. I definitely DO NOT recommend this app because of the customer service that you will at some point need given the minutia it has to track.
