Launch Control REI

I’ve been using the app for Launch Control easy tasks and the convenience of mobility! I love getting the notifications of every new text/engagement even when not logged into the app. Helps with being on top of your response game. For what I use the app I think it offers a great deal of value and flexibility. Of course I use the webpage on my computer for the more complex tasks. FYI I use the Launch Leads which work so good that sometimes make us feel overwhelmed. It took me a bit (about 2 weeks to be comfortable on it and getting used to the platform), but I am not much of a software/tech person. Good Luck!

1) It would be nice if you can return a call from the same number we text from. 2) When potential hot leads text back an image its not supported and you wont get it. 2 poor qualities that would be very nice if they were added.

The App is not built strong, crashes too often. My prospects are not loading for last 3 months, i have even uninstalled app and redone it. I think they are not yet ready for app. The worst thing is you can’t even open the program from phone safari or chrome browser, the browser asks you to install app. So you have to be in front of the PC to see if any leads replied to you. The desktop version is pretty good with some improvements over there as well. Happy to share feedback to them
