Ladbrokes I Sports Betting App

SCAMMED OF 100$ I was betting on races for a bit of fun as usual when I accidentally placed a bet for 100$ instead of and intended 10$. I messaged live chat around 10 minutes before the race started where I asked “can I cancel my bet”. It then came up with “you wish to cancel your bet” I clicked “yes” I then got no answer from the live chat after 2-3 minutes so I left and started again. I did the EXACT SAME THING AGAIN and then got a response from live chat where I gave all my information and details and I waited for confirmation that my bet had been cancelled but didn’t receive any response until the race had started. The live chat operator then denies me asking for my bet to be cancelled (where I have screenshots of me asking him for the bet to be cancelled before the race started) he later compromised and said he will speak to the bookmaker and then ended the live chat. The 100$ was no important but the fact they are willing to go to these lengths to get a quick money grab is astounding, even other bookmakers such as Ned’s and Sportsbet have cancelled bets for me so I will be sticking to those apps if I was you and I will not be using this app anytime soon that’s for sure.

I regard it ridiculous that I have now been excluded from promotional benefits such as bonus bets or enhanced odds just because I have had a little luck lately backing horses that I have a small share in. Check your records over the last few years and you’ll see that my winners are few and far between. I back horses that I part own at every one of their starts and their winning ratio isn’t that impressive. Given that I am usually betting early and not betting in thousands of dollars, the withdrawal of your promotional benefits is pitiful. I told my 15 co-owners what Ladbroke’s has done and they find it unfathomable as well. You have Account Managers like Scott enticing people to sign up with offers but down the track your trading arm palms us off and ruins his good work. What added insult to injury was being approached last week at Sandown races by another Ladbroke’s agent/account manager trying to get me and my mates to open an account. I let him and everyone in earshot know what my recent experience has been. I expect that there’ll be no review of the situation or no response to this feedback, so I’ll continue to share my Ladbroke’s experience.

I’ve used quite a few betting agencies, apps and sites in the past, some being quite hit and miss and unreliable with poor customer support.
