Kwiks

Just wanted to share some feedback about my experience with Kwiks. Overall, I’ve been enjoying the app However, I did run into a bit of a issue recently. I cashed out $45 that I earned, expecting it to land in my account, but unfortunately, it didn’t come through. I did receive a $5 charge for my first cashout to PayPal, but oddly, not for the $45 cashout to PayPal. I’m sure it’s just a glitch, but it was a bit disappointing nonetheless. Hopefully, someone can look into this and help get this sorted out. Aside from this issue, the app is incredible and has left me with a great expierence.

It doesn’t have a customer support feature. Doesn’t let you share your profile to help gain followers or additional revenue for getting people to join using your reference link. Doesn’t let you or tell you how to become verified. The live views and likes contest are biased towards whoever they feel should be the first video shown on the for you section. Which it takes forever to load the app, to load a video to watch as your trying to generate revenue (but you don’t get paid for how long it takes to load the video you are watching is wasted revenue you don’t get) it takes 1-2 hours to upload a 10 second or 2 minute video. The app constantly crashes. And when it does upload, you have to keep tapping the screen in random areas until it’s able to highlight the invisible caption box so you can add text and hashtags. If it uploads the video and didn’t give you the chance to add text to the caption. You’re better off deleting the video and reuploading, because when you try to edit. The text box is even smaller than before and impossible to find to try to edit. And now, it just won’t let me upload a single video today. I can do anything and everything else but upload because it keeps failing.

It just needs some updates to the UI and algorithm. I hope more people come over to Kwiks. I also hope they add a live feature. Moving my content from tiktok to hear since they seem to actually care about their creators ‼️
