Koa Care 360 by Koa Health

I have access to this as part of the Employee Assistance Program at my work. I worked there a year and was just recently made aware of this a month ago when I was experiencing stress from my spouse not having a job and me adjusting to an anxiety medication. I was skeptical at first, but over time the meditations, simple yoga stretches, breathing exercises, sleep techniques, and reframing thoughts ideas really have made a difference in my everyday quality of life. Go into it with an open mind and the attitude that it is important to take time for yourself. It really does help, and I wish I’d found it sooner.

Since I’ve been introduced to koa it’s been amazing I’ve been sleeping much better since introduced and I would highly recommend koa foundation for a number of reasons; great applications and so much to navigate through and it’s very helpful.

This app helps take the edge off of a stressful day. I love to do it right after work to reset and relax for the night or when starting my day to set a certain tone. I appreciate how educational the content is; I feel like I’m getting real, professional support.
