KM-911-Alert

The app was working fine then all of a sudden stopped working and gives an error loading dispatch log. After several attempts to delete the app and reinstall it, it still will not work. There are no tools to use to try and fix the issue and no way to contact the developer other then writing this review in hopes I can find out if the problem is on my end or the app end. It’s a shame because I really love KM-911 Alert when it was functioning.

Great app but it doesn’t display anything under the dispatch log, just an error message. It’s very hit or miss. The app also doesn’t scale properly on my iPhone 13, with black bars at the top and bottom. In dark mode, the tabs at the bottom are illegible because they stay dark.

I love this app. My wife’s a nurse and her friend put us on to the app bc her husband is a first responder. My only issues are “tone” being posted for a couple of the departments without any protocol listed in the log this there’s no specification of incident or where it’s located. Additionally I’ve yet to see the live watch work. It always throws error codes. Hope that can get fixed I see it’s an actual working thing in the preview above .. thanks take care
