Don’t bother with their app it’s so buggy
I’m just making that clear. Have any of you that work or own the restaurant really tested the app? I still order from you and through your app too. But there’s some major improvements needed for this app that I use almost every day (Yay now you know who this is). I have lived in two apartments in the same building. I changed the address on my profile. However when ordering it has my old address as the default. And it’s like it saves the address every time you order. So of course as the person that orders from you often, it becomes annoying having to scroll down a long list of addresses just to get to my current address. Can this please be fixed? And scrolling back when looking at foods has the tiniest back buttons, you know like those annoying pop ups on games on phones that are almost impossible to get off when you want to avoid clicking it (yeah you know it). And one suggestion (I should get lots of free meals for this one), it’s your app. You are the exclusive set of restaurants here. Make people loyal to the app a smarter way. Sometimes I want something from the cafe and something from the restaurant. Why not let me have the option to pick from both. Sure I understand it’s the same company but split. But there’s a great business opportunity here. Try it out for a short period if you don’t believe me. Food is still delicious! I just hope the app will justify how great both the cafe and restaurant are.
