Klipsch Connect Plus

This sound bar only works with the new low quality Klipsch low quality subs. It needs to usb drive to be able to use Bluetooth. This is so disappointing. Klipsch at one time was the most efficient speaker on the market. While in Europe I experienced the quality of Klipsch now they’re just another Walmart brand. I had to send back every part of the sound system to had put together for my new game room. A whole month of work and waiting just to have to rebox everything up and take it to FedEx to ship back to them. The help is full of people who know absolutely nothing about the products they are required to support. NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE SELLING OR SUPPORTING. P.S. it takes three weeks to get your money back so in all they will profit from keeping my money for more than two months. BUYER BE WARNED!

This update fixed many of the issues with connectivity. Especially in the TWS stereo pairing. I still have to do a factory reset occasionally but most of the issues are fixed. In the next update a better EQ would be appreciated but for now I’m happy with the improved TWS.

Absolutely horrible. This app blocks use unless you allow not only Bluetooth but also location and local network discovery. My brand new speakers are not wifi, so location and network are completely unnecessary services to control these speakers and I WILL NOT ALLOW UNNECESSARY ACCESS just to be tracked as a consumer. The app worked fine when I first installed it last week. Now suddenly I am being coerced to allow what isn’t necessary. Inexcusable. Also very annoyed that there are settings that can only be controlled by the app, such as having the speakers stay on instead of going to sleep. The default sleep mode is ridiculous for computer speakers. I almost returned them on the first day because of this issue because it wasn’t apparent there was a setting that required an app to adjust. While the idea of an app for management is nice, it shouldn’t be required to reach important settings. Aside from the usability issues, they do sound good. I have the ProMedia Lumina. While I am complaining, I wish these had a proper volume knob for rapid adjustments instead of buttons. Tapping the buttons fifty times when I get a zoom call on my other computer is poor usability.
