Login session was never saved, so why implement the session in the first place. We have to manually login everytime unlike previous KTMB App. Making payment is much worse. Even payment with wallet requires loading to payment gateway, doesn’t even understand why do you need this. Even after the PIN verification to make the payment, it loads for over 30 seconds and shows failed, waited for over 10 minutes then some of the payment actually made through but some are not, so can’t even verify whether I had successfully purchase the ticket. Moreover the ticket type only has Adult ticket, so why bother letting user to select? I can’t even purchase a child ticket for my kids using the app, I have to pay for adult price for my kids. The Malaysian verification is even worse, it tied account based, not Malaysia IC based. Me and my wife already completed the Malaysian verification, but if I use my account to purchase for my wife, system will just treat as normal price instead of Malaysian price for Shuttle Tebrau service.

However, there is still room for improvement, particularly in terms of occasional system lag during peak hours and limited payment options, which may affect user convenience. With further improvements in system stability and feature expansion, it has strong potential to become an essential daily travel companion for commuters.

This platform completely failed at the most basic and critical function: KYC verification. I followed every instruction exactly as required, submitted clear and valid documents, and still ended up with a failed verification — with no proper explanation, no transparency, and no accountability. The KYC process is poorly designed, unreliable, and feels utterly broken. Documents are rejected without reason, resubmissions lead nowhere, and the system seems incapable of recognizing legitimate information. What’s worse is the total lack of meaningful support. Customer service responses are slow, generic, and useless, clearly written by people (or bots) who do not understand or care about the issue. This is not a minor inconvenience — KYC failure blocks access to funds and services, effectively trapping users in limbo. It creates stress, wasted time, and complete loss of trust. A platform that cannot verify users properly has no business operating at all, especially when handling sensitive personal data. The entire experience shows shocking incompetence, terrible system implementation, and absolute disregard for users. Instead of feeling secure, I feel punished for complying. Instead of trust, I am left with anger and regret for ever using this service. I strongly do NOT recommend this platform to anyone. Save your time, your energy, and your sanity. There are many other services out there — this one is a complete failure.
