It’s a decent game fun etc, but can be unstable seems to have hiccups and randomly close out also at times you must tap 5 or 6 times to get to the next screen which is annoying. It just seems as though the flow could be better. I got lucky enough to find a good group of people who are helpful with in-game questions so “figuring” things out hasn’t been difficult but I can understand the “steep learning curve” mentioned in other reviews. To be fair there are a good amount of rewards handed out but some times it’s just junk, and if you’re going to have a “point exchange” don’t allow for players to have points left over, it’s poor planning. Finally, I understand the devs want to monetize but the overload of events and constant cash grab is really over the top, (slot machines really? the ridiculous tables & the archery which are total jokes & not random you get “rewarded” the same lame items over & over, I have to wonder if I spent more would it be better) this more than anything frustrates the player base I encounter. Comments like “these fools are going to burn the whole game down because of their greed” have been made more than a few times, then people disappear. Slow up on all that & fix the choppiness would be my advice if you want to retain players.

I’ve put about a week and a half into this game and probably at least 50 hours because I’m currently out of work with a work related injury. I only use my iTunes gift cards to pay for games and I had about $8.50 saved up from a gift card from my birthday in August and I got another $10 gift card for Halloween, but in the main quest it REQUIRES you to buy something to move on, now I have $2.73 left of the $18. I’ve bought things 3 or 4 times because I was required to for the main quests. If you wait for your Levies to get all the stuff and complete the quests you can only go so far and you end up being in one of the last places. The only 2 types of quests that I get caught up on are the buy something quests and the level up your hero’s quests because it takes about 10 mil gold coins to level my hero’s up 10 levels and I get 300k coins every 30 minutes, when a levy can be done but at VIP level 1 because I spent money I can only save up to 12 levies while I’m not on the app. It needs to be more about the work you do and not the money you spend, I’ll keep playing and spending some of my gift cards but since I stopped paying for stuff I went from being #5 to about #135 or so and will only continue to get behind. I might get too fed up with the fact it makes me spend money to complete quests and then finish the next 100 because I’ve spent some (quite a bit) time playing while I am waiting to get rid of leg pain, get healing and strengthening my leg/knee.

Enjoy the game, griped about it for a bit at first but I kept coming back which made me realize I don’t hate it as much as I thought I did. The maidens SHOULD NOT cost gems to visit though especially when you’re trying to make better quality kids as the more intimacy you have with a maiden the more gems it cost to purposely visit them. Gems are a big factor you’ll find, and I feel it is still very excessive even with the amount of gems the game gives you daily you’ll still be lacking. Other than that it’s fun the art is appealing the story is ok, it starts off good but after the first few chapters it’s been less compelling. Still I’ll give it 4 stars. I’d recommend though a better multiplayer aspect should be looked into other than just marring off children, maybe an rts aspect? An overview multiplayer map where you send troops to attack others but marring into families would create alliances etc. just a thought would honestly make things much more compelling imo. Cheers.
