Horrible customer service, horrible delivery time! You order for things and the money is deducted off your account only to find out the goods are out of stock and nobody communicates. This money is non refundable! Its kept on the kikuubo wallet. Now you have to go through the same horrible experience and high turn around time just to spend the money on the wallet🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ absolutely regret using this app. Not worth it at all!!!

Worst Experience!First the 100kgs of rice I was given was rotten rice!, then I had ordered for 75kgs of Posho, they delivered 60kgs instead and when I made the complaint days later the sales lady referred me to her boss an Indian man who said he wouldn’t help me, then after she referred me to the delivery guy who accused me of being a lier, he told me that they don’t even have the type of Posho I was given by them! The sales lady then blocked after sending me other Posho types that they don’t sell the kind of Posho I was given!Was hurt though!Use them at your own risk!!Worst!
