Decent customer support, slow transaction speed
The app is ok but transaction speeds are slow and can take days (no weekend service). Generally, transactions clear next day or during office hours. It’s ok if you are not time sensitive Customer support is good and responsive in terms of trying to be helpful and giving accurate info within the confines of the above

Deposit to wallet quite slow
Honestly the deposit from bank to Kiki wallet very slow. It is not like most platforms that you can trade in mins. Also still not confirm in the other day that you deposit last night. Feel upset about the service for 2021.
