It doesn’t work, no email response from developers

Support link in app yields a defunct link; support link in App Store takes you to website with no support form. Baffling. Limited time promo doesn’t work, either.

I am getting tired of these free lifetime scams where an app is offered as free but the offer doesn’t work. App was on offer for a free lifetime subscription through AppAdvice. The minute the app opens and you tap AppAdvice offer, it begs for a review- before even using the app. I canceled out the app review pop up, and was able to enter the App Store and download the offer- but a pop up said it was still downloading, and it never did. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling just now, while the offer is still running. The second time the AppAdvice offer disappeared completely and an offer to buy the app for 1 cent appeared. I clicked on it out of curiosity to see what it would do, and it said “Transation failed” (yes, spelled exactly like that). Apple needs to get it together because these scams have become the norm and if their app messes up my device, or they collect my private data without my permission, that’s ON APPLE. Because that’s another issue- this app claims ‘no data collected’, but if you read their privacy policy, they are liars- they use 3rd party providers which DO collect our private data. “We use this data to: Provide and enhance our app's core functionalities. Improve your experience by offering personalized recommendations. Ensure security and proper app operation. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. Link to privacy policy of third party service providers used by the app. Google Play Services Google Analytics for Firebase Firebase Crashlytics Unity” An FYI this review serves as a notice to remove any personal data of mine from your databases as I downloaded this app under the understanding it had no data collected, and under the pretense of a full coloring app.
