Part of the app works well, but there are many areas for improvement. 1. Should be allowed to send messages to the coordinators. 2. The app doesn’t always send text confirmation when an appointment Is made. 3. Make results easier to find, it can be very difficult to navigate easily. 4. There’s a link to click and make appointments, but it’s impossible. Instead a pop up says to call the main number because I can’t make an appointment. Why even have the link there? And even with a phone call, they have to “raise a ticket”. Nothing happens easily here without going through some middle man, that 1/2 the time goes unanswered.
The King Faisal Specialist Hospital app is extremely useful and convenient. It provides a wide range of services, including appointment management, lab results, radiology reports, and access to all your medical information in one place. You can easily download documents, check upcoming visits, and track your health records with no hassle. A very well-designed and efficient app highly recommended for all patients.
It’s very professional to have such an application because it’s keeping the patient and their family up to date about any new information. It’s very easy and fast to reach the report if you want to print and the picture of xray if you want to look at. I wish all KSA hospitals had this kind of service.
