Absolutely terrible app. I am not sure if it even deserves one star. Depositing multiple checks is the worse. What a dumb way to do it. This should be easy but it is not. The screen rotation will mess with the auto capture. The developer must have some strange way of thinking. Tip: the user needs to be guided through the process not guessing the next step and trying to find it on the screen. This is not a game of The Room.

This app is horrible! It will scan the front of the check and then tell me it can’t find the endorsement in the back of the check. I have started using a black sharpie and signing almost half of the check, it sometimes goes through like that, but not today when I am in a hurry. Closest branch is 5 hours away so I might get there before I can get the app to work!!

It’s easy to use and very helpful however more then half the time I am unable to log in. Always getting stuck on the verification screen or getting a ‘device registration error’ I pay $40 a month through my bank to use this feature, it would be nice if the app worked.
