I didn’t know how to add second child to school profile, called the help desk and spoke to Mel who sorted it out in literally 1 minute. Such a pleasure to speak to a real person who can actually help.

Please provide more options like being able to buy single items e.g. chips or choc or juice. Or providing combo packs with the choice of either popcorn or chips. And the chips are spicy or not kid friendly options like spicy salsa and sour cream and onion. For example I wanted to order something to go with my daughter packed sandwich and had to select the popcorn, juice, choc combo as there wasn’t an option like that with chips. Thank you, otherwise I enjoy the Karri pmt app.

Managing payments (esp small ones) to the school for outings etc is a pain. Not with this app. Never have to worry about finding the right denominations of cash again!Very user friendly and we just love Karri’s customer service - very friendly, professional and proactive. Highly recommended
