I installed this app thinking that it would be a smart alternative to OLA and Uber. But since day 1 the app hasn't worked. Called customer service and reported the issue, they said it should be up and running soon. Nothing has changed until day. This app just doesn’t work at all. Does not go past the OTP page.

For the Moment, I appreciate the Team’s effort but similar to other ride apps, you market by giving gifts, etc… Similar to them why there is not a possibility of later cutting those benefits? and increasing prices ?1. Mapping of Pin is bit inaccurate 2. Tried thrice to book but all the three times I wasn’t able to get a ride instantly it says all are busy or not available. Think on how to be unique from others which is consistent solution also reliable for a longtime… I hope you guys will rock with the opportunities abundant before you… Kugan
