Kana - Hiragana and Katakana

The app is really great. However when doing custom quizzes it would be nice if the multiple choice options were only limited to the hiraganas you selected. If you’re trying to learn the vowels for example, it makes it really easy to know what to select if only one of the options is a vowel. That makes it so I need to cover the screen with one hand to actively practice instead of actually using the multiple choice functionality. Another thing I noticed is that regardless of setting 70 questions on a quiz the number of questions on the quiz is limited to the hiraganas you selected. If I’m practicing the first three rows for example, it would be nice if it could just keep cycling through the selected hiraganas for the quiz 70 times instead of having to reset the quiz every time after 15 questions. One last thing, it would be awesome if you could also have a quiz that combines both multiple choice and romaji inputs and not only applies multiple choice when you got it wrong previously.

The Kana - Hirgana and Katakana app is an incredibly helpful tool for anyone learning hiragana and katakana, offering an engaging and effective way to master the basics of Japanese writing. One of the best features is the ability to track your progress as you move through the lessons. It’s incredibly satisfying to see how far you’ve come, and this feature motivates you to keep going. The app provides clear indicators of which characters you’ve mastered and which ones need more practice.

This is probably the best app that I have found so far that allows me to both write, type, and choose out of multichoice questions. I really appreciate the statistics, and the different colors on the charts to tell me what I need to work on. I have been learning easily and will continue using this app. One thing that I wish would be added is the app putting together a quiz/test feom all of our weaknesses so that we can learn from that instead of flashcards, but you can create your own quiz by hand. I’m just lazy, y’all. I like cutting the extra that isn’t needed. Don’t let this filter your lenses. I have no idea what I would do without this app, I used to use duolingo but--no offense to the creator to that app, duolingo is a great app too--- i had ads every second. I could never focus. I might have to put tape over my mouth because I keep mentioning this, but this app allows me to study seamlessly. I can even create my own quizzes. And with the drawing tool, if the app can’t detect if it’s right, it gives you the model and asks you! There’s no confusion. The creator must be a mind reader because this app is completely free! Unbelievable! And the creator has an app for kanji! Just amazing. I wonder why this isn’t viral, because I love it. That’s saying something because I’m extrememly picky.
