I decided to try out this EV charging station. The App got many issue. Unable to find nearby charging stations, I use it and put a charge credit, first charger station not working, SCAN and found out second charger station can work. Charged my EV car for 3 hours, when I back to off charging in the App it unable to synchronize with Charging station to stop charging. Have to forcefully pull out the charging gun in order to leave the charging bay. Reached Home and open the App, it still shows Charging. I worry my charge credits are all gone and make a complaint to the hotline number. The reply is they will send my complaint to their IT team 🥲🥴😢 Luckily I only load a small amount money as charging credit into this APP.

There is so many things that dont work in this app, thats I choose not to list just to challange the product owner to think, find and fix all the bugs!

Come on guys. How am I supposed to use your charger when I can’t buy credits? All I get is a white screen when I want to buy credits. So so frustrating!
