Problemas bugs
O app esta muito ruim,esta com bug na hora de tirar a foto, tem que tirar 3 fotos pra se conseguir 1 !! Isso atrasa na entrega… vocês tem que urgentemente incluir um link em que va direto para o whatsapp do cliente,pq muitos não atendem o telefone,mas respondem o whatsap, ficar toda hora salvando o numero na agenda para depois chamar no whatsaap esta desgastante.

Aplicativo ultrapassado demais
Esse app é muito antigo, as funções são pessimas, vive caindo. Para conseguir o número do cliente é um trabalhão após bipar o pacote. Você tem 10 entregas no mesmo lugar para entregar para mesma pessoa e precisa baixar 1, por 1. Deveriam da uma olhada no app do concorrente, para abrir o leque de vocês.
