I am giving you a 1 star because I can’t go lower. I have been trying to reach someone about my account. It is very difficult to reach you!! It appears no one is trying to reach out to me!!!! I do not understand the billing process. My service was discontinued for what appeared to be non payment but I don’t understand why since it was paid. Then I renewed the subscription and they are now advising again, account needs to be paid. The only reason why I renewed while I was unhappy and questioned the billing process was due to the app was extremely helpful with my daily practice. I am seeking to find other apps and afterward, I will look into your business practice to see if something nefarious is going or if it’s something wrong on my side.

I had never before had to call with help for the products since owning them for years until now. The prompt response was unprecedented compared to other services I’ve used; the experience, knowledge and efficiency of service provided was great. By the way the experience using chat and telephone calls were phenomenal. Great job.
