Johnny's New York Style Pizza

Left a 5, the app is great however I almost left a 4 due to the kids meals not being on the app. I don’t want to buy an adult portion of pasta for my kid to barely make a dent before being full! Hope you guys decide to add it, until then I’ll just keep calling and placing our order on the days he wants pasta. :/

Love this location! Thin crust veggie pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever had- crust was thin and crispy but not burnt. Perfect cheese/veggie/sauce ration. Also had 8p over garlic parm wings that were to perfection. Tender, crispy, great flavor. Only negative was the chicken bacon ranch wrap- it was presented a bit sloppy and was soggy/falling apart. The chicken was not grilled and tasted more like frozen chicken that may have been microwaved before assembled. The pickle on the side was a nice touch! Lastly the app was super easy and user friendly. But if reordering you do need to pay attention to the pick up/delivery option because it defaults to pick up.

I wanted to repeat my previous order, with a different credit card. I successfully entered the new card info. When I got to the end of the order, it said the cannoli were sold out. I had to go all the way back to the BEGINNING of the order to remove it. Then it made me repeat the CCV and address for the new card. It wasn’t until I got to Order Received that I noticed it had not included the tip, for which I had previously entered a cash amount, nor had it prompted me to enter a tip the second time thru. That left us scrambling for a cash tip after the order had already been submitted. If you’re going to make me go back to the beginning, at least include the tip prompt again!
