Jewels Atlantis: Puzzle game

Love this game! I've only been playing for 45 minutes. But I just know this is the kind of game I will end up playing for at least an hour. It's very relaxing, rather than stressful. Playing with beautiful gem stones will make anyone's day alot more pleasant! I recommend it to anyone who loves jewelry & gemstones. One can pretend they're wearing jewelry consisting of the same gems that they're seeing in this game. I imagine myself wearing rings, bracelets, earrings & pendants with these gems.

The game is freezing up on me. I’m not getting the rewards for watching ads. The royal match ads are BEYOND annoying. Some of them just go on and on and on. It doesn’t give me an option to X it out so I have to force close the game and then lose out on rewards. I have emailed support with no response whatsoever. I actually liked this game but now with the freezing and being forced to close out the game to get rid of ads (with no way to X out of the ad) is getting annoying. I’m hoping the developers will see this and fix the issue. I also don’t see an option to pay to remove ads. I would do that with this game. But the only thing i see is packs for hard levels. I’m not putting money into this game if it doesn’t take the ads away.

I am enjoying this game. This is the second night playing it. I had no trouble at all the first night. But tonight, after every single level, I am getting a message that says, “Before we get started, please verify your age”. The only way to get past the message (without telling anybody my age) is to restart the game. Now why do they need to know my age?? It’s none of they’re business! You can play this game without giving up your age! Update: This game has a piggy bank. These developers, like many others, started putting these piggy banks in their games. I hate it when they do this and it is very unfair. A lot of the gold you collect will go in these banks and the only way to get it out is to send them real money. The gold in that bank is the gold players win fair and square but we cannot have it. Completely unfair. I have taken one star away.
