Jewel Queen: Puzzle Match 3

Does anyone else have trouble with the ads in the app when it says, A video is being prepared? It often takes 10 seconds to a minute or not at all for an ad to appear so I can get a reward. Does any other app do this after a game? I often have left this game without my reward. How about the ads lasting for 75 seconds? Does anyone get upset about so many ads between games? Or do we have seriously greedy developers? I know it’s free but I really feel taken advantage of in this game and know this is not the norm. I have 3 other game apps that I have had on my phone for years with no ads at all. I love this kind of game play but this is very wrong.

Why aren’t you able to have your sound track working during the games. It’s boring I think because you never used to cut off the audio sounds. Even if I reboot my iPad and return to play Jewel Queen Puzzle and Magic the reboot doesn’t help. Please advise and fix the audio sounds. Thanks

Love this game but am patiently waiting for more levels. When are they coming?
