I thoroughly enjoyed this game and had invested a considerable amount of time and money into it. Unfortunately, after experiencing a glitch, I was forced to uninstall and reinstall the app, which resulted in the complete loss of my progress. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that despite contacting customer support, no meaningful assistance was provided. As a paying customer, I expected better support and a reasonable effort to restore my account or purchases. Losing all of my progress and the money I invested due to a technical issue is unacceptable. While I once highly recommended this game, this experience has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with both the product and the level of customer service provided. — A Very Disappointed Customer

Would love to be able to keep my progress and pick up on one device and work on it on another, iPhone iPad…. But it’s worth even playing them separately. Just gotta not delete the game so it doesn’t lose the levels… plus the support button doesn’t work so can’t contact support either.

The game was a lot of fun I just wish there were more rooms.
