I use the app for searching for books and placing holds, etc. However, during the Monday following “June Teenth” I wanted to pick up some books but was concerned the library might be closed. Checked their website and the app, both assured me the library was “open now”. Great! Except it wasn’t true. After driving a couple miles i found it was closed tight. Should have been able to learn that on the app.

The app has a lot on there. I like how you can scan your library card barcode and easily renew from the app, but i would like to be able to see my lists.

Your updates have removed me and my patronage from access to public library content. Yes, there is massive unemployment. Yes, there is a pandemic. No, not everyone can choose between buying the latest and greatest equipment. Your choice has little to do with serving the public during this era of crises. You are to be reviled and pitied for your lack of conscious awareness, and for playing along with the 'money before people' program. I shall not share the vulgar thoughts and words that fill my disappointment and anger at your betrayals.
