Recently the app cannot booked the group class on same day after last update, even ahead of 12 hrs of my class. I got “no class”message inside of the app. The tech support is able to be resolved this within 4 hrs.

I had a wonderful experience with JackedRabbit. I initially had a few questions about how the membership worked, so I reached out to their customer support and I was honestly impressed. I received an immediate response and even got a follow-up call to make sure everything was clear. It’s rare to find that level of responsiveness and care these days. The team was professional, helpful, and made the whole process feel seamless. Highly recommend!

Truly have loved using this app. I think it’s a great way to try new gyms and also connect with more people throughout Miami. I’m a massage therapist so meeting people at the gym is the easiest way for me to get new clients so being able to have an app that allows me to go to new places every month is very much idea. 10/10 recommend before committing to a gym and being stuck in a contract!!
