Jabby GLP-1 Medication Tracker

I’ve been using Jabby to track my GLP-1 injections and progress, and one day all of my data simply vanished — months of dose history, weight tracking, everything gone. I had iCloud sync turned on the entire time, exactly as the app instructs. I tried reinstalling to fix it, but that did nothing to bring the data back. What’s worse: my wife uses the app too, and the exact same thing happened to her — except she never uninstalled or reinstalled anything. Her data just disappeared on its own. Since this happened to two separate accounts at the same time, with one of us never even touching the install, this clearly isn’t a “user error” or iCloud settings problem. It looks like a real sync or server-side bug that the developers need to investigate. For an app that people rely on to track medication doses and health progress, losing data silently — with no warning, no backup recovery, and no clear explanation — is a serious problem. I don’t feel comfortable trusting this app with my health data anymore unless this gets fixed. Do better.

Definitely a nice little tracker app, although the weight entry module is a little quirky in that you can’t actually enter your weight. The numbers for entering your weight cover the “save” button.

I had trouble trying to load. I asked for support. They helped me so fast. Told me I needed to reduce my font. Worked perfect.
