Unimpressive
As far as I can tell, this simply uses OCR to scan your screenshots for text, which is something that Google Photos has done for years and is coming to iOS in 15 (which launched today). That on its own is enough for me to not have much use for this app, but the addition of requesting a subscription fee of $1/month for such a thing is laughable. Don’t get me wrong, I have no issue with paying for an app, but a monthly subscription? Even if it was performing some kind of image recognition, that would be ridiculous. Honestly, it takes this app from being merely superfluous to being insulting to one’s intelligence. Additionally, while I have no evidence, it very much seems to be the case that the developers are padding reviews, which is never a good sign. Product Hunt never fails to surprise me with the borderline useless trash they advertise in their newsletters.
