Randomly throughout the week the app will kick me out saying my access is restricted, even as a resident? It makes no sense and it is very inconvenient for when I need to look at important messages.

The app’s user interface design is the worst I’ve ever seen. The loading icon is terrible and changes frequently. Sometimes, you can see the logo icon and a flashing loading icon, while at other times, you get this large gold loading icon on a green background that doesn’t make sense. Additionally, when you inquire, you don’t receive a notification, which means you miss out on important information. Furthermore, app notifications are often very delayed.

Please make functionality to be able to clear visitor history on the user’s side.
