Very disappointing first-time experience with this service. I gave around 70 clothes for ironing, including some children’s clothes. However, they charged the children’s clothes at the same rate as adult clothes, which is unfair. When I politely asked them to correct the bill, instead of resolving the issue properly, they spoke very rudely and disrespectfully. In the morning, they themselves called and said the clothes would be picked up and delivered on time. But later, when I called again, they gave careless responses and said the clothes were still pending. Their communication was highly irresponsible and unprofessional. I trusted them with a large number of clothes, but the rude behavior, wrong billing, and poor service made this a very bad experience. I hope they improve their customer service, pricing transparency, and responsibility towards customers’ belongings.
