Waste of time (and money)
The app lets you make a booking then pre charges you for the taxi. Seconds later the taxi booking has been automatically cancelled. However I have still been charged, called them to query this and was told that no money is taken until you physically scan your card. This is untrue as I can clearly see on my online banking that a charge has been made. Now waiting to see if a refund appears?

Cancelled boxing paid for my card without any notification of notice!
To book a taxi is straight forward enough and handy to be able to pay by card but they cancelled my morning booking booked and accepted the night before with a text to confirm cancelled without any notification if I haven’t gone onto the app and checked cancelled section I wouldn’t of known!

Don’t waste your time!
Booked last night as I had a train to catch to Edinburgh. One minute after my booking time, I called and no cars were available. Please avoid as there are no good excuses to not informing customers in good time that there are no taxis. Luckily, I had allowed some time for any delays and we ended up taking the bus. It was our first time in Carlisle and this taxi company is ruining the reputation of an otherwise delightful city!!
