I called 2 weeks ago misplaced debit card. Ordered a new one and bank forgot to order it. Now waiting another 10 days. Will move my business shortly.
A payment should be called a payment throughout the entire transaction on the app. When a payment is called a transfer at the end, it becomes less concise.
Password resetting is the worst experience. I use my normal password and it says it’s wrong but really I call in and it turns out I just need to update my password! The Login UI needs to support an easier transition for purely mobile users to update their old passwords. So frustrating
