Apresentando Falhas e suporte ignora
Venho utilizando o app há pouco no meu Mac e iPhone, há uma semana o mesmo vem fechando minhas posições no forex sem nenhum comando meu. Domingo agora na abertura do mercado, 6 minutos ao entrar com 9.485 reais eles fecharam automaticamente e me ROUBARAM mais de 2 mil reais. Ontem à noite, novamente no Forex me levaram mais 300 reais. Venho fazendo a reclamação e eles alegam que eu sou quem fecho. Lamentável pois a única coisa que pedi foi para eles observarem minhas operações, pois em todas eu coloco stop loss bem alto e eles sempre fecham quando mercado vira ao meu favor. Muito lamentável a posição do suporte desta empresa. Quem precisar das images posso enviar. Sentindo ludibriado por uma quadrilha
