Works good but wish the GPS worked within the app
It has every feature I need I just hate the fact that it can’t navigate from within the app you have to get redirected out of the app to use google. I wish the app would work seemingly with the navigation in the agent app itself

Considering changing to Onfleet
I started by loving Tookan but there is a small UX problem in this agent app that us causing so much headache for my agents. The tasks are viewed in a calendar view which is an incredibly horrible way for viewing a queue of tasks. When a task comes at 12:00 am, then agent needs to change the date to view the task. Otherwise, they will not see it and ignore it. Therefore, you and the customers that are expecting the delivery will suffer. I am starting to look into OnFleet because of this issue. Seems like and easy thing to address but I doubt the developers will.

Time elapsed
Hi! So I use this app for a dog walking job. It’s great and has definitely improved a lot. But something I would like to see is a timer or clock of some sort. My walks vary from 30 minutes to an hour and it would be nice to be able to look down at the app and see how much time I have left on the walk.
