I’ve been experiencing serious technical issues lately due to recent update on EF platform. I can’t login or enter my classroom on the app or on the web page every now and then. I’m even a enterprise user. I’m a developer personally. I can’t believe they provide such a terrible service. The dev team seems don’t know what they’re doing. I give two stars only because I try to keep up appearances and appreciate online teachers’ effort.

As of a couple weeks ago I’m no longer able to login to the app. The message claims the problem is being tracked and to try again. There has been no resolution.
