The app doesn't allow me to log in. Each time I try, I'm forced to reset everything, but even after that, I still can't access my account. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times, but they were unable to help. On top of that, they aren’t even answering my calls anymore. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I hope they address these issues soon.

Generally, I like the app a lot. Latest version is crashing couple of times after login. Ideally would be to have the option to see description of received transfer

Overall has great services and I enjoy using it specially for paying invoices , phone credit etc. It lacks on more information about transactions and I am not sure why some money is being deducted without any explanation which makes you go to the branch and ask for it which is purely stupid. And my biggest complain so far is the login , great that there are many options but it just logs out the session too fast, worst thing that happened to me was I typed in the new password as required and then trying to put it in 100% was correct and It told me that was wrong which I had to go to the branch and then pay a fee to reset password . I am a developer and I know when I see a bug. Overall needs some user testing and UX improvements.
