Emily Skye is so inspirational!!!! I have just recently started my fitness journey, and my goals are to improve my health, lose fat, transform my body and gain lean muscle. Today is my second day using this app, and so far I love it. However, I wish that you could review your daily workout after you complete it (i.e. showing your total workout time, exercises completed each day, complete exercise history, total workouts ever). I also would like the option to type in beginning measurements/weight in addition to taking a picture. I also think it would be great if you could say what your fitness goals are! Thanks for the great app!!!

Great workout program, but a few updates would make it even better! The ability to chose which workout (arms, legs, or core) to start the three day cycle would be great! For example, I don’t like to do a leg workout the day before I’m planning on going for a run, so I’ll often just do my own workout on those days and miss out on the store coins. Having a video database with different exercises would be great, because often I enjoy an exercise and want to add it on the the next workout I do, but I want to double check the video to make sure I am in the right form for the exercise. Lastly, an automatic log in would be great!

I love the app and feel that the workouts are challenging. Some of them are too challenging for a beginner but I modify when needed. The reason for 4 stars is because lately the videos of the workouts do not go in order. It constantly repeats the moves on the same workout, then goes on to the next one, then goes back to the first one, then goes to the third one, then back to the first one, etc. I don't like that! I don't know why this is happening. I like to preview the moves before I start the routine, so this takes a really long time to see all the moves and is extremely annoying. Please fix!
